Client consultation and brief
We meet with you to identify all the information about your build including budget and time frames.

Concept plans
We create concept plans based on the brief. Alternatively, bring us your plans from other designers or architects if already completed.

Confirmation of concept plans
We meet to analyse the plans and discuss any further ideas. Once approved, we develop detailed plans and working drawings.

Working drawings
We complete the drawings and submit them to the appropriate council if required.

Quoting and submission
We provide you with a quote based on the working drawings and appoint a project manager if required.

Finalising quote
Once the quote is approved, we schedule the project to an agreed timeline. Project timings are subject to council requirements and lead times associated with any specific requests.

Build and fit-out
We commence the build and fit-out and complete the work within the agreed time frame.

Handover
We complete a final walk-through of the site with a checklist to ensure all standards and requirements are met before handover.
